Hello Aquanetter, We appreciate you leaving a review. Please note that your order was placed on August 8th, and we shipped the order on August, 10th. The delay you experienced was due to USPS. Deliveries are often delayed now due to the pandemic. Unfortunately we have no control over the carrier's delivery timeline. We've dug into your order and wanted to share the following. We hope you will understand that during the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping timeline updates may be delayed by the carrier. Please note that four cuts of 1/4" twisted cotton rope were ordered on May 20th, which shipped on Friday, May 22nd, via USPS (the shipping status has not updated their system yet, which has been an ongoing issue during the COVID-19 pandemic). The automated shipping email for the first three cuts were sent to you directly from the website on Friday, May 22nd, at 2:07pm. It is possible that the notification may have gone to your spam folder. You ordered the last piece of our Christmas rope which was in an Amazon fulfillment center. We typically send our smaller cuts of rope to Amazon fulfillment centers to ensure our customers receive the fastest possible shipping, but unfortunately (for our rope customers) Amazon has prioritized shipping of COVID-19 essential items. That means Amazon is delaying the shipping of certain rope products. We checked the Amazon shipping details for this rope order and unfortunately it is not expected to arrive until June 5th. We hope you understand that during these unprecedented times we are doing everything we can to fill our customers needs and ship as quickly as possible. Hello Oliver. Please note that our Twisted Cotton Rope (Natural) is 100% cotton and we stand by our product. This cotton comes from local farms located right here in North Carolina. If you purchased anything other than this particular rope, it is a variant made from 100% recycled cotton material. Best, Customer Support
