I initially bought this because I thought it was a great preventative method to upkeep dog dental hygiene. I bought this for the descaler specifically. When I received it and tried it on my dog, she was extremely reluctant. I realized that terrorizing my dog and prodding a sharp object near her month is probably a terrible idea for her safety and even for mine as well, even though I would never expect her to attack or bite me. I sent an email to return the product, where they initially dismissed everything I said and instead sent me a training video to acclimate my dog to this product which is terrorizing her. I told them again that this is not a safe thing for me to do with my dog, where they then brought up the “60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”, which only allows POSSIBLE returns for pet owners who have tried this product consistently for 60 days but have not seen expected results. You have to send a before pic, an after pic, vids of the product being applied to your pet, proof that the product was being used regularly (3x/week). Like WHAT??? My biggest concern is the safety and wellbeing of my pet which is why I gave this product a chance. The fact that they are so dismissive and want proof of me continuing to use this product to get my money back is crazy. For the record, I would never buy a product that didn’t have a return option/policy. They way they word their policy to this 60 day satisfaction guarantee is a SCAM in itself. In addition, I was to note that they said that if the product is used, they may only be able to give a partial refund because of it being a hygiene product. But yet, they’re saying they will only MAYBE issue the refund if you use this for 60 days consistently and send proof? How does that even make sense? You’re telling me I have to use the product to maybe get a refund but also I won’t get a refund if it’s used. If I could recommend anything, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. this company is a scam. Save yourself the headache.

It doesn't work. I tried it on my pet. Can't even remove the tartar. Don't waste your money. Too expensive to try out. Regretted my purchase

This product is actually a super easy way to keep your dogs teeth clean, my dog is small and sensitive so it took 2-3 tries for her to get used to the machine but in the end we managed to clean the sides of her teeth where she had a lot of built up plaque (something that would have cost us $200 in a normal clinic-crazy) and it didn't hurt her at any moment. Will definitely keep using it to clean my dog's teeth every month!

My 6lb chihuahua usually hates anything that touches his teeth, but this tool is super gentle and easy to use. It removes tartar from the front and back teeth without bothering him at all ♥️ The key is to start slow and show him that it’s not painful , I used the product on my hand first so he could trust me and let me work on his teeth, and of course I used some treats😅😅His teeth look so much cleaner now, and his breath is much fresher too, SO it’s definitely worth it for small dogs like him!!!

Customer service responds to inquiries promptly and is knowledgeable about their teeth cleaning product. Customer service sent me instructional videos when my dog didn't like the product.

Misleading advertising. I have small dogs and I knew chances were small this would work, but they kept saying 60 day money back guaranteed. Well that's a straight out lie. Here's the answer I got from them. To proceed with your 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee request, please follow the steps below: Complete the attached guarantee form Attach the following documents: A clear “Before” photo of your dog’s teeth (taken at the start) A clear “After” photo taken after 60 days of use Two short videos showing the product being used Make sure to include your order number in the form When I called them out on it, they said: Because it’s a hygiene item that can come into contact with pets’ mouths/skin, U.S. health & safety regulations strictly forbid us from accepting returns of opened products. This isn’t our choice—we’d genuinely like to help, but we’re legally not allowed to take it back or issue a refund once opened, to protect dogs, customers, and our team. Then say you'll return the $$ if it hasn't been opened, which of course makes NO SENSE. Their ads should say NO RETURNS!

I honestly thought my Pit wouldn’t like it, but he actually fell asleep while I was using it on him! It’s so gentle, no crazy sounds, and super effective. After just a few sessions, it removed the buildup on his teeth—and I’m so happy I don’t have to take him to the vet for a cleaning!

Not sure why I didn’t do more research prior to my purchase but here we are. Stay far far away from this company and do not purchase this product. It does not work, is louder and bulkier than advertised and their “risk-free” guarantee is complete garbage. They will demand and ask for videos, proof of use and then say it’s a dental product so they can’t return it. They do not care about your satisfaction. Don’t fall for it. Shoutout to the AI customer service rep “Chelsea” that seems to be answering everyone’s emails.
