Before purchasing, please consider the following: 1. Very difficult return process. Read the policy before purchasing. 2. I mailed the package UNOPENED, and they won't respond to my e-mail, so I had to ask my credit card company to dispute it. Were they ever going to respond to the email??? 3. I used a scaler I had to test if my dog would even let me use the tool on him. He didn't budge. My dog likely won't let me use this electronic toothbrush, which other customers have said make sounds. So before purchasing, see if your dog will let you touch his mouth. Overall, really horrendous company.

Horrible product and even worse customer service. Steer clear of their false promises and their 60-day satisfaction guarantee is a joke.

DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED! Do not buy this product. 60 day guarantee is a joke. Impossible to deal with customer service and they will do everything they can not to allow you to send the product back. Reporting to the BBB and the federal trade commission. Rip off product!

No he recibido mi pedido, diario lo rastreo y dice que esta en camino para entrega y siempre salen con que nadie estuvo para recibir el paquete. Ni siquiera dice por medio de que paqueteria segun me lo van a entregar. Mi numero de pedido es 62449

AVOID! Horrible customer service. On their website it says cancellation is possible within 24 hours after purchase until the order is shipped. I emailed customer support requesting the cancellation 10 minutes after purchase, they ignored my emails until the order was shipped and i received a email notifying me that cancellation isn’t possible anymore. I was ready to ship the order back unopened and receive a refund but customer service isn’t responding to my emails. P.S If you complain on their instagram page (i wrote the same review i wrote here) they just delete your comment and block you. AVOID

Ordered from a product from them over a month ago and not even an order confirmation. Asked for a refund but the ai chatbot “Chelsea” assured me a follow up on my order. Nothing came of it and i requested a refund 3 times. Nothing came of this too. Absolute scam. Never order from here.

The Ria George review listed above is the exact same thing that I have encountered. I'm not going to invest the time to go through all of this. The product and process is virtually worthless. The warranty seems viable, but is a scam, and is worthless. They have to be laughing about what they have done to so many.

Very cool gadget! Easy to use, quiet when operating. Works very well, my dog had significant brown stains/tartar and it quickly removed it all. I almost want to use it on myself, hahaha!
