I just stopped working on macOS. The app starts but the app window can't be found. Creating a new file does not work. The only solution is reinstallation. Stay away from this product if you need it for anything work-related.

Constantly receiving "Internal Server Error" when using different functionality. Since its rebranding the software got worse. I will need to change to Postman etc.

Exceeded rate limit by accident. Received mail telling me that i "may" incur additional fees. Logged into site -no red flags, or an overview of said fees. Later i was charged more then 10X my montly subscription for exeeding the limit by 1.5X my quota. What a scammy business!

I too cancelled my subscription right away and lost access, what company does that? Shameful behavior. Plus the API stopped working the very same day.

I accidentally stopped my subscription to an API on the same day I was charged. I contacted support right away to tell them about the mistake and asked for them to reinstate the subscription since it is a full month I have been charged. The answer was that they cannot do that and I will need to pay for another subscription.

I subscribed to an API for one month to test it out. I always cancel these subscriptions so that I don’t forget unsubscribing later on. With this service, you lose your access to the API as soon as you unsubscribe, not at the end of the month that you paid for. So I paid a whole month, and then lost access to the API after 15 minutes. After contacting the support, they just confirmed that this is how their platform worked, but offered no other assistance.

We tried multiple channels to contact RapidAPI's support, including emails and online forms, but we didn't receive any updates for two weeks. They keep repeating that their engineering team will review our case and nothing happens after that. Very bad experience with RapidAPI.

Subscription lost. No support. Very bad service.
