This was the worst experience that I have ever had buying furniture. I should have walked away the moment the saleswoman started pressuring to buy additional things and add on all these extras. They don't tell you how expensive their delivery charges are until you get through and place your order, at the end they throw on the oh yeah and that'll be another $250 for delivery. If you ask me when a customer spends over $2500 the delivery should be free. Now it comes time for delivery and no one communicates to you that part of your order is going to be missing and one of the pieces from your couch will also be missing. So now you call the manager at the store to express your disatisfaction and she could basically care less and will do nothing more then to ensure it will all be delivered the next Saturday. You stress the fact that you want the missing couch leg and missing dressers to be delivered the same day so that you don't have to take time off of work. Fast forward to the next Saturday when you sit around your house on your only day off and miss time with your family so that they can deliver said couch leg and dressers sometime between 1 and 4pm. The delivery guys show up and only bring the couch leg and have no idea what I'm talking about when I ask about the dressers. I call the store and speak to the manager yet again and yes this time I was MAD!! Come to find out that the dressers wouldn't be in for another week but no one could've called to tell me that, if they had I would have told them to wait to deliver the couch leg until they could deliver the dressers too so that I did not have to sacrifice my one day off with my family. Yet again the manager could care less and isn't willing to do anything to help me. So now she ensure that they will deliver to me after 5pm so that I do not have to miss work. Fast forward another week and a half when my dressers are being delivered and I am at work, I start receieving phone calls from the delivery driver at 1:30pm. I explain that I cannot leave work and that they were supposed to be delivered after 5pm, he states that he's not sure he can wait around that long. Now I have to call the delivery company and they say they will wait but only until 5pm so if I am late they'll have to come another day. After I was assured by the store manager that I would not have to miss time at work I still had to leave work an hour early so that I could get my dressers delivered. This was a nightmare of an experience for me and I would recommend that everyone else stays away.

I tried to return a brand new loveseat within 30 days of purchase, not even opened, in its Original package, and a representative told me that there was no way i could return it back I will never buy at Rana furniture again.

Sales people are nice. They constantly have to ask most of the questions asked to their supervisor/manager. Over the phone, no one can help you but the manager. They tell you a time window for delivery so you can prepare for it, but the company they hire do whatever and however they liked, making you break previous engagements to see them first. Then they treat you very rude and disrespectful. Returning an item is another issue. Again, only the manager is the one who can help you through this as well. In general: good-fair prices, nice and some unique items, but that's it.

I'M FROM THE BAHAMAS AND THIS IS THE FRIST TIME THAT I HAD DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY,BUT IT IS ONE THAT I WOULD HOPE THAT NO ONE WOULD HAVE TO ENDORE ESPECIALLY MY CARIBBEAN PEOPLE . I PURCAHSED A COOFE TABLE AND A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT HAD IT SHIPPED AND WHEN I WENT TO ASSEMBLE THE COFFEE TABLE HAD HUGE PAINT CHIPS AND THE LEGS OF THE STAND WAS NOT IN THE BOX, I IMMEDIATELY TOOK PICTURES AND EMAIL SIRA (THE MANAGER) HER REPLY TO ME WAS THAT THE ITEMS WERE INSPECTED AND IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT TO CHECK THE SHIPPING COMPANY.ALL WELL AND GOOD BUT MY THING IS THIS IF THE ITEM WAS CHECKED THEN TELL ME HOW IS IT THAT IT WAS NOT DECTEDED THAT THE LEGS WERE MISSING. THAT WAS A LIE. THEN I WENT TO ASSEMBLE THE SOFA CHAIR AND ONE OF THE LEGS WOULD NOT SCREW IN HAD NO THREADS THIS JUST MADE ME FURIOUS. I TRIED ON MANY OCCASIONS TO MAKE CONTACT WITH SOMEONE ONLY TO BE TOLD "GIVE US YOUR NUMBER AND WE'LL CALL YOU BACK" IT NEVER HAPPENED. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST THREE WEEKS WITH NO SATISFACTION. BE WARNED PEOPLE THIS COMPANY IS NOT A REPLICA COMPANY HAS THERE MOTTO. I WOULD SAY I LIVE AND HAVE LEARNED MY FELLOW CARIBBEAN PERSONS LET MY CURCIMSTANCES BE A LESSON FOR YOU DONT PURCHASE FROM RANA.
