Customer service manager has complete disregard for this concern and has ignored 7 requests to speak to someone above her. Please do your homework if considering this table

Mi esperencia con el vendedor Armando muy buena , me gaste en su tienda 5154 peso resulta que llega a mi casa una,silla ropa al momento llamo y lo reporto y resulta que me la,quieren reparar y no darme una nueva, donde esta el respeto al cliente al sacrificio de una familia una silla de 150 peso que llego rota , yo quisiera contactar con alguien que me oiga y le de valor al cliente .
