Pésimo servicio, hace unos meses que mi esposo y yo compramos los muebles de toda la casa en Rana Furniture y la experiencia ha sido la peor a los días de haber utilizado la cama se le dañaron las patas, tuvimos que darle solución nosotros mismos porque cuando fuimos a averiguar por garantía te dan excusas solamente si quieres que te resuelvan el problema hay que pagarles una vez más, segundo, como al mes la mesa del comedor se fue a correr de manera cuidadosa y se le rajó también la pata, de las sillas de comedor una vino con una punta de un clavo hacia afuera y por poco una visita se raja la pierna, por último ahora también nos percatamos de que el mueble de la sala nos lo vendieron roto, porque nos dimos cuenta de que estaba defectuoso y cuando lo volteamos era un mueble reparado. Al final de cuenta quieres devolverles todos sus muebles mal hechos y de mala calidad y la respuesta es que no se te devuelve tu dinero. Mi consejo señores no compren en una tienda donde tienen tan malos servicio, no se dejen deslumbrar por la atención a la hora de comprar, fíjense bien donde van a gastar un dinero trabajado y luchado muy duro para que esta gente se haga rica vendiendo tan malos productos.

I’ve bought a dining several days ago. It came with a defect and the table turned to be good just for staging the house where no one lives and uses it as if you lean on the side of the table it will break. I called the store within an hour of delivery and now I’ll be charged 20% + shipment 137$ for the return, which they never mentioned before, just put on the contract. They just mentioned: “make sure to check everything while the drivers were there”. Does this phrase mean that I have to know I’ll be charged 20% off the purchase + shipment? And only atm or debit card :). I wanted to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference, but same conditions 20% and + shipment cost :) The store is always empty and seems like the owners and managers only earn in returns. So on the product of almost 1400$ the total cost of return was more than 400$. How many paid deliveries could it be!

Compré un juego de cuarto completo. Le adicioné el pago de una garantía que supuestamente cubriría cualquier rotura y en un par de meses el juego se le rompió la parte de abajo de tela que sostiene al colchón. Ellos no se responsabilizan con la situación es increíble. No me han respondido ninguno de mis reclamos.

Pésima atención al cliente lo mismo en la tienda del Palmetto que en el centro de distribución en el Doral ,los muebles llegaron defectuosos,muebles diferentes a los que pedí ,los botones de reclinar eran diferentes y todavía llevo casi 2 meses esperando a que me los cambien ,llamas y te dicen que en seguida te llaman para atrás pasan las semanas y nunca te llaman ,conclusión una experiencia horrible piénsenlo antes de comprar sus muebles en rana

Mal servicio no compre con esta gente Rana furniture por tal de vender te engañan y luego cuando te llega el delivery te das cuenta de la realidad y para regresarlo tedicen que tienes que pagarles un fee.

Worst customer service I've come across. I was suppose to get my mattress delivered on dec 28. They called me 3 weeks before and told me they weren't coming till jan. I told them I couldn't wait. They said they would come on the dec 29. I cut my kids Christmas vacation because they were delivering the 29th. Janet from the homestead store called that morning and told me they weren't coming because we're the only thing they have coming to the Keys and they're not coming down just for that. If I wanted to I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up myself. Told me to call Joe Jarvick which was the guy in charge of sending out deliveries. Boy is that the worst person to have in that position. He told me they're not coming for one thing in the Keys. I told him that's unacceptable. I needed the bed. He told me take it or leave it. I told him to give me the number or email to someone above him. He said there was no one alive him except the CEO and he wasn't giving me that. I've should've listen to all of the horror stories about this company but I thought I was getting a deal. But like they say, you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
