Rana furniture,, NO VENDEN CON CALIDAD NINGUNA, compte un juego de muebles y a los 3 dias se rompieron por el costodo cuando fui a poner el brazo en el anty brazo,, fui a que los cambiaran y no quisieron dicen que yenia que dar un 30% por los otros es un descaro, una experiencia que nunca he tenido en ninguna parte, NUNCA EN LA VIDA COMPRO HAY EN ESA MUEBLERIA, LO COMENTO PARA QUE NO COMPREN NADA Y NO BOYEN SU DINERO

This place is horrible. My mom bought a mattress here and it was the worst mattress I have ever laid on. It feels like straight concrete. For almost 400 dollars I expected something a bit better. They did not explain their extremely strict return policy and restocking fee upon purchase. You have to return the item the same exact moment you receive it or they will charge you a 30% restocking fee to pick it up. They do not allow you to deliver the item yourself and they will not exchange the product. The restocking fee is charged upfront, it can't even be discounted from the refund price. Absolute scam. The staff there is horrible too. They hung up on me twice. We ended up just keeping the mattress to use as a box spring instead of paying a ridiculous restocking fee. Do not buy from here!

Con Rana furniture todo estará bien hasta q tengas q enfrentar la garantía de un mueble. En la tienda te pintan villas y castillos de todo lo q cubre el seguro y a la verdad todo es mentira, son estafadores. Noncompren en Rana Furniture

Worst place to buy furniture. I bought an Antoine dining room table set. I purchased insurance on the set that supposedly to cover everything including accidentally damaged in less than 2 years the tables and the chair cover with stains all over I reached out to them make a claim to find out everything I was told was a lie. El peor servicio al cliente que puedan imaginar, se te daña algo de lo que compres por garantía y tú cómo consumidor tienes que pagar una revisión, hacen con tu dinero lo que les de la gana y además si lo reponen tú tienes que buscarlo y llevarlo o pagar un delivery cuando ellos deben cubrir todo siendo garantía. No responden por los daños, el cliente para ellos nunca tiene la razón y es el peor servicio de ventas Post venta atención del mundo! Nunca compren con esta empresa. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo,

I bought a white leather sofa paid in full $1,889.78 on 11/21/2020 to be delivery on 12/29/2020. the delivery not was on time I received in January 2021 a damage sofa, with a hole in the leather, dirty and full of wrinkles in the leather. They refuse to exchange the sofa for another new in good conditions and didn't accept to be returned. This is the worst company I have work with.
