Great customer support, always very helpful in solving the problems I have. There's no need for them to be patient with me if they solve my problem right away.

It ia very good and easy to use, but takes to long to spawn items

Hey Cody! Thanks for leaving a review! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I've checked your server and I see that you're running CraftBukkit. I would recommend switching to Spigot instead as it is the same and has better performance/is more stable. It's also important to note that 1.14.4 still has some major performance issues so it may be a good idea to downgrade to a more stable version until the issues are fixed. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any further questions.

Can't beat the quality, especially for the price. I've used many different hosting services over the years (GGServers, MCProHosting, Fragnet) but RAMShard has been the easiest and most trouble-free out of them, despite their lower price.

I personally love everything about this hosting service. I have only one suggestion, if possible you could make a website load faster, it is good enough now but I think it would be an even better experience if the site was loading faster specially the FTP File Acces. Everything else is amazing.
