Good
Good, but the control panel Page is slow
Response from RAMShardApr 29, 2023
Hi Diego, We appreciate your feedback and you taking the time to leave a review. If you haven't already, we'd recommend accessing the control panel from another connection as sometimes the speed can be dependent on a specific service provider and its geographic location. Please reach out to us if you need assistance with anything else.

Excellent service
I really like the prices, the support and how the system works. It really smooth most of the time. My only two complaints is that the FTP connection is slow, most of the time, but it's rare that I use it. It's slow with FileZilla and also with their built-in FTP view. And I miss the app :)

Hi William, Thanks for leaving a review - we're happy to hear about your experience! The built-in file manager is more limited since it is browser based, but the speeds on FileZilla are likely due to your connection settings. In the FileZilla settings, it is possible to change the number of simultaneous transfers, which will speed up the upload time. The old mobile app was the exact same as the mobile control panel website, but we do have a new app in the works.

Great service and easy to use!!
The web server hosting is real easy to understand and how to implement. I had easy time installing new plug-ins to my game and editing the permissions. I would recommend this service to all.
