I've never had a server before and as well as their unbeatable prices they have great support too! They always get back to me just under a couple of hours after I ask a question and no matter if it's a simple problem or a complex one the solution they give you always works!

To me, Ramshard is the easiest to use hosting service. It is also quite cheap as well. Like, 6GB of Ram for only $20.00 a month? Beats me! Also, easy FTP file access! EPIC.

5 stars. if you do lower you are crazy! This hosting is so good. The support is better then any support in the minecraft hosting world. its very cheap! No lag and the services are so great again!

Okay, so I originally threw these guys under the bus, but boy was I wrong. So let me the first to say, guys I am sorry! I was really mad because I went to sign up for a server looking at their instant setup promise. Due to a technical glitch, my server didn't spin up. At first I was like, "Great, ANOTHER Shockbyte..." so I lit them up on here, I lit them up on twitter, I was beyond angry. (TP says I can't use synonym/slang for angry that starts with p). Despite all of this, they were super cordial, reached out within 2 hours (I didn't realize they don't officially work weekends, but take turns making sure everyone is covered) and rectified the situation. These guys will work to no end to make sure you as a customer is taken care of. You don't get that from many hosts. Yeah, they might not be online 24/7 with an instant response. But guess what, you aren't going to get some dumb templated answer to your ticket. You will get a real human who is there to get you taken care of. They legit care. If you are looking to just play with a friend, or run a community, I would strongly recommend working with the guys and gals at RAMShard. They might not be the absolute cheapest, but they do care. If that isn't worth a few bucks extra a month, more power to ya, but at least I know I am not a number to them. ***Full disclosure*** I am legally going on the record saying I was not compensated in any way to write or change my review. Ladies and gents, I assure you this is a real review in case you are looking at if you want these people as your hosting provider.

honestly, I've been with other server hosts and I've heard a lot of horror stories from other people who used mcprohost, apexmc, pebblehost, ggserver, shockbyte, etc etc..... you are better off using Ramshard. I've migrated over to Ramshard from Apexminecrafthosting, because of Apex's very uncomfortable lag and inability to fix most issues. and I couldn't be happier with Ramshard in the last 2-3 months. Even tho there have been a few ups and downs with Ramshard, they still manage to fix small issues, when most other server hosts would ignore you, hoping that you would forget and move on. even if Ramshard is not perfect (like all other server hosts) you're still better off using Ramshard to avoid all the stress and headaches that other server hosts wish to forget. Ramshard simply just stands out.
