Siempre rentaba los servidores por temporadas pero después de volver para rentar otro servidor veo que tengo una deuda de unos servidores que ya ni jugaba, ni preguntaron de renovar ni nada te cobran haciendo una deuda que luego te obligan a pagar. Mi punto de vista mejor ir a otras paginas.

Hi there, We're sorry to hear that. There are a finite number of IPv4 addresses available, so therefore IP addresses have to be reused. It's likely a server before your's had the same IP at some point in time and players from that server still had it or the IP was posted on server list websites. We'd recommend whitelisting your server so only certain players can join. Here's a guide on whitelisting: https://support.ramshard.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-use-the-whitelist-feature-8lrmla/ Additionally, we recommend backing up your server on a regular basis using our built-in backup system so you can always restore the world to a previous point. You can set up automatic backups by creating a scheduled task. When I tried to upgrade the server, they just took my money and didn’t upgrade it.

Hola, Hemos revisado su cuenta y no hubo chats o tickets abiertos solicitando un reembolso. Si se refiere a la solicitud de cancelación, no es lo mismo que una solicitud de reembolso, ya que están automatizadas y no se revisan. Para solicitar un reembolso, debe abrir un chat o ticket solicitando uno dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la compra.

Support Suck (Company of Two People)
Hi All, I am using their hosting service since March 2021 and their Cpanel was flagged by Google for phishing in October 2021. But they can't do anything. Last night they started working on this without informing customers and my site is redirecting to another domain. I am very much worried and thinking of my site got hacked. Luckily I have backup and I moved to another host. After 19 hours of wait, they replied to my ticket and say that we are working and you have to change your DNS record in Cloudflare. I and my partner were very much worried the whole day. This is basically a reseller hosting and they are resellers of RamNode which is now part of Inmotion hosting. If your site is critical, then never hosted with them. Support is pathetic and really sucks. You don't even know what's going on with your site. New Update @Support It's best to improve your customer service as quickly as you reply here. At the support forum, you are taking 19 hours and here you are taking only 19 minutes. What's pathetic behavior. If you responded quickly on your support ticket then why I am leaving a review here. I told you in the support ticket that I am recommending you to my friends and fans as well. But now I am accused of this.
