Unprofessional. Do not recommend. I once owned a server with this host and unfortunately came upon a time where I couldn't pay my bill. My card was charged automatically but I needed the money to buy groceries as I wouldn't get paid until the 1st of June. The Owner refunded my money and told me I had until midnight at June 1st. I thought that they weren't really helping me out considering all the hours my family had put into our minecraft server hosted there and told them they suck. I was still going to pay my server fee and told them after I pay I'm switching hosts. Of course I had to pay to get my map and files back. The Owner made sure I was not going to get that. When on May 30 I came into money to be able to pay, I went to the website and found out I was IP banned and my account was made limited. I was able to reach the site on my phone data instead of Wi-Fi and there I messaged the owner. He first tried to take the high road and pretend to be professional and dismissive of me and his actions. I then explained my situation to him and asked why did he not keep the date we had set, nevermind the fact that I was paying early. The Owner only seemed to care about his side. I apologized to The Owner for saying a bad word which is apparently what got me banned and hours of playtime deleted. My disabled father in law can only stay home. Games like minecraft are his escape. He's on a limited disability income and my husband and I spent time with him by playing minecraft. He has made countless farms and really enjoyed his time. Sadly now, I have to tell him all his work is gone for no fault of ours. I will say that The Owner scrambled after I apologized, no doubt realising the mistake he made in his young company's life. I appreciate his apologies and intent to try to get me to stay his customer - but there was no point after all that I was fighting for got deleted. The Owner, like many young company owners has the type of inexperience you don't want your money funding. I don't think he's a bad person, I think he made a bad mistake on a personal reason, not a professional one. I've been in the hosting and minecraft business for 7 years. I got out to take more time for my family as we just had a baby; sadly I made the mistake of choosing Ramshard.

I needed help, and tried for 3 hours on my own. I contacted the discord page and almost immediately got help or Erik, (The discord servers owner). not only did he help identify the problem, but I gave him my account pin and he fixed it for me on his side. Server seems to work great, and can't be happier with my purchase.

I have had a lot of experience with RaMShard, I am extremely satisfied with their services, server performances, and support.

Good, reliable customer service, and affordable prices. Everything works fine most of the time.

If I could express how I feel about RamShard in to smaller sentences and or words, I would say this, They are, Amazing, Affordable, Kind, Thoughtful, and Very Generous about the community and their customers! By far the absolute best Company on the face of the earth!
