I’ve never used another server hosting platform so this will be a somewhat bias review as I have nothing to compare it to, but that being said, I’m slightly technical so I’m not being completely one dimensional. When first setting up the server, it’s a breeze, you select your version of minecraft, select whether you’d like it to be spigot, paper, forge, etc and press start. The largest issue I have is that the server sometimes inexplicably crashes. Sometimes this would be in the form of the server getting slower and slower until it restarts itself; other times it just crashes spontaneously. I partially resolved this by creating a simple plugin which restarts the server every 12 hours. Restarting the server unloads loaded chunks which seems to help. The support team is one of the best I’ve ever used. I generally get a reply within 15 minutes, if not less. Only on one occasion did they take over an hour. In general though, I’m impressed by their speed. They are quite clear on their pricing, only once I’ve had an issue which a somewhat unexpected bill, but I’d pin that down to my poor English and not understanding their phrasing entirely. I’ve found the best method for paying invoices is just adding credit to your account, so each month your server is automatically paid for. Putting on £25/£50 and running a small server lasts an eternity (metaphorically of course). If it’s not clear by now, I recommend Ramshard for hosting your minecraft server. I honestly feel like I owe them a thank you for their ease of use, pricing and support.

It can be tough to manage your own server sometimes but that's where the support comes in. They're so helpful with everything you need.

Every question I have they have a video for it and if I have questions about the video they are glad to help. All of the support I have talked to has been way better than Apex and Shock byte.

This company have been hosting my server for over a year. When I needed assistance, Kevin in particular was most helpful and resolved any issues that arose quickly. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Great hosting!I use it for a server with a datapack and it works very well,the help team are amazing and it has everything you need to be able to run the server(also it is 24/7 if you dont know)

Because of COVID, we decided to have a virtual birthday party for my little brother over Minecraft and after doing some research, we determined that the best way to do this would be to create a server for him. We are not a very technologically informed family, and because of which we ran into some (completely on us) problems. Upon reaching out to RAMSHARD for help, we got a response almost immediately and the man we spoke with, Kevin, was very polite, knowledgeable, and helped us to get right back on track with our Minecraft Birthday party :)
