I have a 2GB RAM Minecraft server, which is very inexpensive, and perform better than most dedicated 16GB RAM servers i have played in, I'm even changing the recommended performance settings and making them way more resource demanding, render distance at 12 rather than 10, I'm using tnt dupers and flying machine and every server unfriendly thing that Minecraft has, and still no lag, even with 4 other people online, it is crazy how good it is. I don't understand how other companies are still alive with RAMShard around, totally recommended. Also the support is great, Kevin and the rest of the team will literally reply to you in a matter of minutes most times, and solve your problems quickly.

The live chat is very reliable they can help you with any problem, for example, I had to download my world to add packs, and they helped me since I don't have a pc. They are just the best service I have ever had definitely try them out. I was new to servers and I don't even know how to do certain things and I asked them and they told me in less than 5 minutes. They typically answer in less than an hour but it is worth it.

The server runs great! They did have some technical issues when it came to setting it up, but its all fixed now and its definitely worth the wait considering the price of the servers.
