The battery for my Snap On jump box was a perfect replacement. Doing it myself saved $260 over letting Snap On do it. Plus I did not have to wait 3 weeks to get my jump box back.

Batteries are garbage
Bought 12V 7Ah several times over ebay and in many cases the battery wasn't reliably holding a charge anymore after just a few weeks. I never overcharged because I always connect my batteries to a charge controller which prevents overcharging.
I wanted to return a some of the batteries I purchased.
Return was denied without explanation.
These guys sell garbage batteries and don't like complaining customers. Customers complains are just being ignored. They did that with other people, too, on ebay. Read the negative reviews on ebay. I am not the only one having trouble with these batteries and this company.

We ship orders 5 days a week from our centrally located warehouse. In addition, the carriers we utilize use tracking numbers so you know where your shipments are. Shipping carriers across the board are seeing much higher volume of packages due to an increase in online shopping caused by COVID-19. We do understand this, and we try to ship the packages with priority services to try and get the products to you faster. Battery arrived and was as promised.
Battery arrived next day and was an exact duplicate of original, both things Raion Group promised. It was received more than 60% charged and when placed in it's home, charged up to a full 100% and made my device fully useful again. Can't ask for more in a replacement battery... got it when promised and it works as promised. An added plus for me is that this business is located in my home city, so if any problems do happen in the future, i can just drive there. But the pristine appearance of the battery indicates to me that the odds of a future problem are slight. Oh.... I have no relationship with this outfit whatsoever, they just earned the 5 stars.
I also really like the idea of being able to use Amazon Pay for a purchase here. It goes a long way to taking out any qualms about using a newly discovered company for the first time. I trust fully and have used Amazon with my financial info for so many years and really wish every online merchant offered Amazon Pay as an option.

You are correct that one of the two batteries that you had ordered unfortunately got damaged. Because the damage was reported 3 months after it was delivered, we agreed to see if a damage claim would be issued by the shipping company. You provided the damage pictures and we tried to file a UPS claim on your behalf, but since the damage was reported 3 months after delivery, UPS unfortunately denied the claim.
Your replacement battery has arrived without damage and we are glad we were able to get you taken care of.
