The price was good. The shipping information was bad. Your website said "left on front porch" while they were in transit? Additionally, I originally received 1 tracking number that showed everything on that shipment, only 1 box of 3 showed and I thought the USPS left it all at mailbox and it got stolen. After contacting you, I was informed there where 2 more tracking numbers. Very disorganized.

Negative: Shipping took 6 business days, longer than the indicated 2-5 business days. Delivery date in tracking information was incorrect (perhaps fault of USPS). Somewhat remarkably, the battery arrived apparently undamaged - packaging was skimpy and inadequate IMHO. Positive: The battery was fully charged and, at least initially, seems to be working as it should Reasonably priced high rate UPS battery

Delivery was excessively delayed and had to be traced. The package was damaged badly and had to be reenforced by shipper. The installation on the scooter device was difficult as fit was critical. (this was due to design of the device). Locating a recycle service was also difficult.

Shiping was double than what was expected, and box came with one corner completely ripped. Once the straps were cut the box could no longer be carried without batteries falling out... Batteries were great though

Hard to contact during business hours. Had to get back to me on my question. The associate I had dealt with on a previous transaction was knowlegeable.

The manufacturer of the battery advertised at checkout was NOT the same as the one sent. I used the one sent only because I was in need.

I really like the fact of how easy it was to order and delivery was quick. I have an issue with the type of battery I have received due to an application error. Hoping to get this issue resolved quickly .
