Minor Purchase Glitches - Still Excellent Overall
When purchasing using Raion's website, I experienced some glitches with the credit card aspect. Three attempts to buy didn't work. I called Raion and received immediate assistance from the woman who answered the phone. The problem was resolved within a few minutes. The two batteries I bought were well packed with styrofoam on all sides, then snugly fit inside a cardboard box, which was inside yet another snug cardboard box. The batteries arrived promptly, in good condition, and fully charged. Overall, an excellent experience with this transaction.

We have strict rules on the credit card processing terminal side to help reduce fraudulent charges which sometimes rejects transactions based on the credit card processor rules.
