Their shipping was super fast. Received my batteries within three days. Bad part was the batteries received wasn't the batteries I ordered. I ordered a two pack 12 v batteries for my Tennis Tutor. I needed T2 terminals. The batteries received wasn't the same name or model number as the picture on the internet and they were T1 terminals. I called and asked if they could send F1 to F2 terminal adapters so I could use the batteries and was told they could not. I had to make a trip to a Batteries Plus local store to get the adapters. Should have just gotten the batteries from them as well.

Fast delivery

Needed a replacement battery. Searched online, found the Raion site and the battery I needed. Raion had the lowest price. Ordered the battery, shipped immediately, arrived I 3 days. Installed it - seems perfect. Couldn’t have been a better transaction. Would definitely recommend.

My wife's scooter now seems to fly better than it ever did, they cost 50% less than most Outlets.

Tested and used once and so far working great. One amp higher than original VEC013 battery. Shipping delay in middle of route, which missed original deliver time by a few days, but other than that, very pleased.

I have not received my merchandise yet after a long delay. The tracking number just states "delayed" in shipment. Update: I still have not received my battery package. What is going on?
