Hard to contact during business hours. Had to get back to me on my question. The associate I had dealt with on a previous transaction was knowlegeable.

Fast ordering process; excellent range of products and availability with unbelievably good and reasonable prices. Fast delivery with standard shipping and product works as advertised. Wish I’d known about this company past few years since I overpaid for Batteries for UPS several times via Amazon. Would definitely use again for office needs!

The batteries I ordered were just as advertised. You said you balanced the batteries and they were balanced to .1 volt. Also, you said I would get them in 3 days. They were shipped the same day I ordered them and in 3 days they were delivered. I've installed them and they work as they should.
