Lulu & Toby are Official Customers!
We have been happy customers for years at Ragged Mountain, and we have added our pups to your customer list! They will be sporting their new fleece coats this winter. Photo will soon be added as we had to size up and waiting for their coats to arrive. As always, customer service has been excellent!

Hi Dustin - We’re very sorry for your experience regarding your return. Simply, we dropped the ball. We are in the process of improving our web return process so you have a dedicated channel to submit return requests other than the generic “contact us” page, which we found out, in your case, can be easily lost in the shuffle. We want you and all our customers to have the best experience possible with us, whether in store or on line. Someone will be reaching out to you shortly to process your return. We appreciate your feedback and hopefully we have the chance to prove we’re better than what you experienced this time. Apologetically, Ragged Mountain Equipment.
