Efficient order system. Order was shipped same day and received a couple of days later. Excellent service! Good product offerings, too. Check them out!

HI Jared - I'm very sorry for the experience you had with us, but I apprreciate your patience as we resolved the issue. As you know, we're working to improve our systems, our website, online ordering, shipping, and all that jazz, and sometimes things don't go as planned. While we hate hearing we messed up, we appreciate the chance to make it right, and I hope we did. We'll plan to keep you posted on when we finish another batch of our kids' shirts, and we hope your next experience with us will be more in line with what we hope to offer everyone. Most sincerely - Jack

I contacted RaggedMountain about the availability of a type and size of mitten that no longer appeared on their online website. Customer support checked their warehouse and there were still two mittens available in their in-store stock that matched my request. In the back and forth communication with Customer service regarding this they were always helpful and respectful. Thank you for your great support!

Hi Jeff - thank you for the kind words. It was a pleasure to help you, I'm glad we had them in stock. As you know, we're working hard to revamp and update our website, and it's quite a bit of work (as of today, we may have 7% of our total items on our website). But either way, we're thrilled when anyone asks for a specific products of ours - there's no better compliment! :-) We're happy to have the opportunity to help any time we can, and we appreciate your support and business!!!
