Great customer service! Great product!
My order got mixed up--sent the wrong bag in the right color--and the Ragged Mountain folks swapped it out lickety split! Both bags were very well-made, and I'm so pleased to be able to support a small business!

Perfect for my Need
You had exactly what I invisioned for a light fleece under a down jacket. Turned out to be great on it's own in above freezing weather as well. Slant zippered upper pocket accessable even with the seat belt on. Olive color far better than expected.

Ragged is the best
Ragged is awesome! One of my items wasn’t in the original package. When I reached out to them, they instantly got back to me and sent the final item. Incredible products and customer service

Buying With Peace of Mind
For over 16 years, I have relied on Ragged Mountain for gear and apparel. Even after moving to the desert Southwest, I still rely on Ragged Mountain to get quality-made products and excellent service. I always order with peace of mind.
