Started with RackNerd for a simple small vps to host a dns service and I've gotta say, I'm impressed. After that inital service was rock solid without a single downtime in over 6 months, I gradully added more. Moved over my database server and web server now, and so far so good. Support is very quick - shout out to Abner for the extra efort and assistance. These guys are seriously underrated. Your going to get much better support and pricing compared to going with a big firm owned by some VC or something. I've dealt with other providers before, but RackNerd stands out. They actually seem to care about there customers. No long wait times to get ahold of a human - just real people who know there stuff. I've bounced around different hosts before, but RackNerd feels diffrent. They seem to genuinely care about us little guys. If your looking for reliable hosting with great support at a fair price, give RackNerd a shot. They've earned my trust and I'll definately be sticking with them for the long haul.

Outstanding support, providing fast and helpful responses!

I have had services with RackNerd for four years and now have 7 different servers and hosting accounts with them. Their customer service is outstanding, with very fast responses when you raise a ticket. I have only had downtime on shared hosting, and it's maximum a few minutes at a time. As someone who used to run a cPanel hosting service around 10 years ago, that downtime is very difficult to avoid. As my services come up for renewal with other hosts, I am finding myself migrating them to RackNerd more and more. I do wonder if this might be a case of all my eggs in one basket - I've been burnt by other providers in the past - but I have confidence in RackNerd and always recommend them to friends and colleagues. They have some outstanding offers, especially given their level of support. I would like to stress that I have received no incentive to write this and just genuinely feel that they deserve recognition for providing an outstanding service.

In years of being a customer, I have only ever had one slight issue and it was resolved within less than an hour. If you are willing and able to manage your own VPS, I would highly recommend them.
