I've had an account at RackNerd for over a year. It’s an entry-level shared hosting plan, but it has been very reliable. I use it to run a remote monitoring tool that tracks the status of my other servers. I've only needed support twice, but both times my issues were resolved promptly. The support team was friendly and proactive, ensuring I got exactly what I needed. It's refreshing to receive support of this quality, they are far above the industry norm in my experience.

I have been using RackNerd for 3 years, just for its cheap price. And I have heard lots of bad reviews about this provider... But in my experience, I didn't hit any issue with this provider. The price is very affordable and I'll just keep using it (if they're not rising price)
