I'm Rack Nerd customer from past 2 months and used Low End Box Offer. This provider is super fast over any other windows VPS provider. They got latest hardware which comes for very low price. LEB deals are killer.

Stability of server as more than i expected. The reseller hosting server are good at stability and quality. im lucky for choosing them as my partner. about downtime i just found some downtime but not take a long time its maybe about 3 hours total downtime for 6 month use. Their support are fast even with the cheapest price you will get really super fast ticket support. I hope their live chat support are alive again. If you find a good provider with cheap price and good support attitude i will recomend racknerd for you. Hopeful we will get many discount price for dedicated server or vps server with high storage im really need now lol.

I was skeptical about RackNerd, because I'm in the market since 2009 for sure (as a VPS customer). And I remember that always such fast grown and bright providers start to lose their light after a couple of months. Or they stop to do what they did and start to increase pricing or downgrade the performance of the servers they offer. Or oversell. I purchased a couple of VPSes from the RackNerds, did benchmarks, and even launched some of my hobby projects on RackNerds. I got 0 complaints, none of my customers report any problems with to latency-critical app. The servers blazing fast, effort, and support on the LET and anywhere else are expressive. I have seen only one provider who did the similar. It was BuyVM.net. But RackNerds very different from buyVM. They are selling exactly what they are selling. And the quality and performance on the network, CPU, disk system and latency were satisfied for me. I'm a little bit surprised. Usually, such services cost a little bit more money or have some hidden pitfalls. This is how real business is done, in my opinion: - fast - quality - transparent - open to customers in terms of communication. This is not a summerVPS hosting company. Behind that product, someone involved or into development, or into some overwhelming development where time is always against you, you must push harder and faster; otherwise, you will be out of the business boat. I hope that the RackNerds NOT degrade over time or close because of bankruptcy.

Really nice service, and fast VPS for a nice price! Helped me correctly and it's worth the money!! The same VPS at for example Digitalocean costs around $20 a MONTH wheras this vps costs $32 a YEAR with better specs (1 core more, 6TB transfer, more storage and 1GB ram more), really nice!

I have had a VPS with Racknerd for about a year now (found a good deal at Low End Box in the new year), and have been extremely satsified with the service. I have not noticed any downtime, and the connection speed is always excellent. I have only opened a support ticket once (because a mistake that I made) and even though I set the priority as "low", they responded within 5 minutes and the issue was resolved 5 minutes later. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the service they provide. This is not a fly-by-night operation. Just upgraded to a beefier server, and hope to continue using their service for years to come.
