I had bother with one of the VPSs I bought from Racknerd today. It turns out there was a loss of data linked to the server and I couldn’t run the command. I notified Racknerd Customer Service of this and they got it sorted right away by issuing me another VPS to get my node working. No issues. Kudos to Anthony & Co at Racknerd.

Omg where shall I start. This agent was an angel to me . I called to ask for a question and I was shay and hesitant so I do not come off dump but he went way Beyond what I was expecting and literally saved me in time of need when I had no where to go or any one to turn to to save my money . Every day matter in creating a node and fear from making a mistake and lack of experience made me so scared of losing my money while setting it up as it happened before in another app . I was really disparate and he gave me comfort and all the time he has and all attention to help me set up my nodes and answer my questions . I was so happy that god sent him to me and I was so ready to pay him and compensate for all the time he spent helping me but he refused . I even suggested paypal and stuff and he said no mame , we are here to help and it is my job . I do not think it is his job to go that far with needy dumb ppl like me , he should just answer questions but he did help me and I am for ever in debt for him. I will never forget the name Anthony and PRE ever . Best customer service I ever had in a crypto site . Hands down ❤️🌹🙏🏻

One of the best customer service experiences ever,they seem sincere and willing to help. I was a little indecisive on what I wanted , but they dealt with it calm friendly manner and more than willing to help, Thankyou Racknerd!!!:-)

I'm on the annual promo plan which is very cheap, even when calculated monthly, compared to other competitors. At first, because of the price, I thought service would be terrible, but on the contrary I am having excellent experience with RackNerd! I have been their customer for over a year now with no issues, but lately my VPS internet connection has been tricky. However, support is very attentive and I had the issues fixed with their help in a very short time. If Trustpilot had a 10-star system I would give RackNerd 9/10. I would give a 4-star review but RackNerd deserves a 5 much more! Would recommend to everyone looking for a VPS provider.

I've used dozens of hosting companies since 2002 and RackNerd is by far the best one out there! Their services work like a charm, I've experienced absolutely no downtime whatsoever since I've been with them. Plus support is fast, kind and helpful, something harder to find than good uptime. I recommend RackNerd to anyone looking to host their proyects.

Racknerd provide a excellent service, customer service and communication is 5 star. Anthony set up all my VPS with no complications and as a result I will be using their service again. Couldn't recommend any higher
