I have tried plenty of different hosting companies in my 16 years of webmaster experience and RackNerds are one of the best I’ve used by far. Compared to my experience with other hosts, using them almost feels like I’m on a vacation, worry free! Support response times hardly reaches past 5-10 minutes in my experience, they are fast no matter what time I contact them! Their 24 hour support is seriously one of their best (and underrated) features in my opinion. Their platform is quite stable and doesn’t go down - it seems to be able to handle anything I can throw at it. Just recently I had to set up a Laravel app which didn’t work with my customer’s other host, it worked perfectly fine here. Whenever I have more sites that need hosting I’ll be putting it here first!

I rolled the dice and gave Racknerd a chance two years ago, and time does fly! I started off with a single 512MB VPS box with them which I used to host one of my DNS servers (you'd be surprised how much a 512MB RAM linux box can handle if properly optimized and setup...) Blasting forward to today, I now have a total of 7 services (5 VPS and two shared hosting services) with them, and all my websites (even the ones for my company) are now hosted with Racknerd. Alot of hosting companies tend to lack on the customer experience. That is one thing Racknerd does well, whenever I talk to them I feel like they don't treat me like "just another customer" and the support is fast and helpful. No passing around or useless replies, they are all about helping and every staff member I've interacted with there is quite personable, which is something I really like in a hosting provider and is something I can relate to as its the same way I would treat my customers at my business. It feels good to know that they care about my stuff just as much as I do.

I have a VPS in Racknerd’s ashburn server center for a bit over a year now and today just added my second server with them in their chicago server center. Literally the only time my server rebooted was when I myself rebooted it as a result of a kernel upgrade. Never had any unexpected outages with them and support has always been there to help whenever I had any questions. What I like about their VPS servers the most is the solus control panel they provide it allows me to reinstall and reboot my server instantly, without having to contact support. The other provider I used before Racknerd (who should not be named…) was lacking this feature, plus Racknerd’s performance absolutely blows their’s out of the water ! I am a happy customer, and will be for as long as this excellent performance and uptime continues… Thank you nerds!

I came across RackNerd whilst on the website of another favourite company of mine AppSumo and purchased a rather inexpensive deal - cPanel hosting. Having previously used Plesk it made a welcome change. Exploring the RackNerd website, there was a veritable mine of great deals on Reseller Hosting and their VPS offerings. The pricing for their VPS is probably the best in the industry right now. I have had no technical issues and I especially like their ‘NerdVM’ server management console. The few times I have had to contact support - to change assigned domain name or just now, to upgrade a service, I have been amazed at their response times, within minutes each issue resolved. And again, right now perhaps the best in the cloud provider industry. I don’t right regular reviews and rarely write them unprompted but I am so impressed by RackNerd and their service. They deserve to be leaders in the industry. Well done!

I've using this company for 3 months and it works perfect, my VPS is hosted in Los Angeles, great price, fast connection and 3 months uptime, never crash. Please buy with confidence.

So far so (very) good. Been using a VPS since November. Incredibly great for the price (speed, reliability). Haven't tested the support yet, and hopefully never will. But I'm sure they will be up to it. Thanks a lot!
