i’ve been using this company for bout 2 years now. just decided to order another vm server with them as my son is starting to get into learning about self hosted gameservers. What they are hot on is there support, There response time is phoenomenal and i've always had a good experience with support, even if its 5AM in the morning or 11 PM at night, i always get a resolution and reply back within a few minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys!

Highly recommended this racknerd is the cheapest VPS in the world if you want to get VPS for as little as $10.28/year just search lowenbox then Hosting offer, hurry up this is only for Black Friday sale. They have great customer service; they are always willing to assist you; I am happy to give them 5 stars.

The prices are so cheap! Also i accidentally changed the wrong location for my server, but they were able to change it by opening a ticket. I think this is the best VPS service!

Purchased a VPS with Racknerd last year, and darn time flies, just paid for my annual renewal fee with them. Couldn't be happier with the service and no complaints, every time I had any questions I am able to contact them over live chat and their support ticket system without any problems, I always get an answer back within a few minutes. I am happy to purchase more VPS servers with them in the future when I need it! I'd recommend this host to anyone looking for a web hosting provider or VPS server.

Probably the best hosting company I've ever tried, hands down. I've started migrating a few services to Racknerd last year and since then it has become my major provider. Shared plans are great, with Litespeed server that allows for optimized WP installs. VPS are quick to deploy and easy to manage, with good performances. Support is extremely fast and they know what they're doing. Recommended to anyone.
