Wonderful group of people. I tried this host for personal sites, being tempted after seeing lots of good reviews. My problem with my prior provider was due to server load, it had been getting worse - along with their response times. After 6+ months, I can say that the guys here have exceeded my expectations. My initial migration was not as simple as I initially thought (... they never are lol), but staff was very helpful and responsive -- special shout-out to Anthony for all his help. Every one I have dealt with has been responsive, professional, and most importantly COMPETENT. I know when I truly have an issue I am in good hands... that is why I decided to move my business to them. Load times immediately improved -- great network in Los Angeles (DC-02). For what I am getting, compared to what I am used to, I am extremely thankful. If you're on the fence, trust your gut and step up! You will be glad you did, I sure am! -B

High quality VPSes, yet very affordable. The staff is friendly and responsive. After testing and switching VPS providers for a while this is one where I stayed, going into the third year now.
