Best VPS and Shared Hosting
I have been using RackNerd for several years now. The friendly, knowledgeable support team responds and resolves issues quickly. The service has incredible uptime and is reasonably priced. My experience with the company has been great. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great hosting company.

Stable service and Quick Support
Stable service with affordable pricing. I have a vps service from them since January 2021 from their flash deals and it's pretty rock solid. Their support is also quick. They respond within an hour and sometimes in less than 10 mins.

Rackers is a great company
Rackers is a great company. Their support is 2nd to none. They made everything easy. They even had the best price for what I needed. Their servers ran fantastic. I had no problems with them and their response times were almost immediate.

Good quality VPS at affordable rates.
Good quality VPS at affordable rates. I have been with Racknerd for quite some time now. The uptime has been amazing so far with almost no disruptions. The performance is also good - you get value for money performance. The support staff is great as well, you get a reply within 5 minutes, even on weekends. The CEO Dustin, whom I have interacted with a couple of times is also a great guy who is willing to go that extra mile to make customers happy. Highly recommend!

Great value for the money
I have had a KVM for a little over a year with RackNerd. The company provides excellent value for the money (certainly at the low end, which is what I have). Everything just works, and I have had no problems.

Awesome Support
So far, I’ve been very impressed by Racknerd's support and their turnaround time. Queries got picked up quickly and requests were followed through conscientiously. As a semi-technical user, I appreciate all the help and advice that they provided me from migration all the way to setting it up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for hosting services
