Great VPS speed and reliability from RackNerd. I've been using them for several years and always recommend them. RackNerd makes it easy for me to focus on my business and not worry about our hosting.

A reliable provider for low end box
I got 2 low end VPS set up at RackNerd as mail relay servers. The price is very affordable. Services had minimal downtime in the past 2 years. Customer service/technical help has been very responsive even for small customers like me. A very good and recommendable company.

Amazing experience
I am using Racknerd past 3 years and never had any issues. The support is great, does not matter if you own only one server, they are always helpful and quick to respond. I started with one cheap server and thanks to racknerd, with their almost zero downtime, now own five. I even recommended to a friend who bought a server too and is satisfied. You can definitely trust this company with their exceptional services.

My go-to provider. Highly recommended.
Racknerd are my go-to provider for a quick, reliable and super-affordable VPS (Virtual Private Server). On the rare occasion where I've needed to contact support, I've received speedy responses and resolutions to my problems. I really can't fault this company and would recommend them unreservedly.

Racknerd is best for lowend box deals
Racknerd is really great with their deals/promos in terms of good vps service(s), and also you can renew yearly. Customer service is great. The ui interface for the control panel access is not super modern, but straightforward.

In terms of our UI interface for our VPS management control panel, we plan on transitioning over to SolusVM V2 later this year which will bring an all-new modern interface + more features. While SolusVM V2 is already released, we are still working closely with their team on bugs/feedback we've identified in order to ensure a smooth transition over from V1 to V2.
