Fantastic customer support!
Had a brand-new server created and needed some assistance with a super low-priority issue. Not only did I get a crazy-fast response my issue was handled in minutes. Highly suggest these folks if you need affordable servers and great customer support!

I am a new user of the racknerd server in 2023. During the 2 months I used it, the server was very stable and efficient, and the customer service tickets were reported in a timely manner. I think the racknerd server will keep me going.

Great reliable service & superb performance!
Great reliable service, superb performance and zero downtime to date. I love their yearly deals, so cost effective, and the management dashboard is great for having direct control over your servers. Other providers I've used have similar pricing but do not compare to the level of support and responsiveness. Very happy with RackNerd!
