I recently started using RackNerd for my shared hosting needs and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their customer service. I would like to make a special mention to Kris for helping me with migrating over from my previous host and making sure everything was compatible. It went smoother than I had thought it would be so that was a pleasant surprise :) My website feels a lot faster now on their servers too and he also helped me with activating Litespeed cache on my Wordpress site. That is a good plus that is included with their service.

I’ll begin by saying, I’ve been on the hunt for a reliable, trustworthy partner that could help support our business model for quite some time. About 6 months ago we found Racknerd, and have never looked back! Racknerd is phenomenal. I’ll begin with their unprecedented level of custom curated flexibility. I needed particular servers to have specific bandwidth allocated to allow for massive amounts of data transfer on main channels, with much more limited access on others. Racknerd was able to help me build the EXACT server specifications required and I’ve had little to zero downtime! Their support team worked with me to personally ensure my business was running as smoothly as possible! Another part of the process was transferring hosts from the previous company I was working with. I won’t mention names but let me say, Racknerd is on a completely different level! The transition was seamless and I was up and running extremely quickly. I needed to make sure that my VPS network was completely stable, and Racknerd has not only helped facilitate this, my server speed and website loading times are the best I’ve ever seen, All in all, I’ve been thrilled with my experience thus far, and would recommend Racknerd for any and all of their services. It’s been a complete pleasure to deal with professionals that value their clients, and truly stand behind their product. Thank you Racknerd!!

Alright, so I've been using Racknerd to run my 35 (well 36 to be exact) nodes for coming up on 15 months now and honestly, I‘ve got to give credit where it’s due. I've had my fair share of experiences with other providers (cough contabo… cough), and they always left a little something to be desired.. or rather a lot more to be desired. With these guys, though, it feels like they've really managed to figure out how to deliver a service that actually performs well and stays online. Now what really grabbed me about these guys is their customer service. Pretty top-notch stuff for what I pay. There's always someone available to help you out, and they actually know what they're talking about. None of that generic 'have you tried turning it off and on again' nonsense. It's more like you've got a personal friend at your disposal. They’ve been super friendly to talk with and even helped me with the deployment of my 35 nodes. I contacted them a few times at night and a couple times in the day and each time I’ve managed to get a response back But I guess if I have to pick nits, their user interface could be a bit more intuitive. It's not horrible by any means, but I did have a slight learning curve in the beginning. That being said, once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. You gotta log into two portals one for the billing and support portal and one for the VPS controls which they call “nerdvm”. Just a small bump to get a bit used to, otherwise seamless experience. When it comes to pricing, they’re pretty reasonable - you're definitely getting your money's worth. Plus, they often run some great deals and discounts, so keep an eye out for those. So yeah, if you're in the market for a solid and reliable hosting node provider, I'd definitely recommend giving Racknerd a fair shot. You can do what I did and try them out for one node then add more when you are happy with how things turn out. In my case I started out with one then turned up 35 more a week later once I was satisfied with the flow of things. They've got a good thing going on over there for sure.

When I reported an IPv6 issue the team dug into the problem and in the end figured out a bug on network switches and got a fix from vendor. I admit such approach!

Their customer service is quite commendable. Every time I've reached out to them with a question or an issue, they've responded promptly and handled things in a friendly manner. In terms of pricing, they're quite competitive. I shopped around for hours and couldn’t find better deals. You definitely get good value for your money with RackNerd no doubt about that.

As a newcomer to the world of VPS, my experience with racknerd has been quite positive. Their services are reasonably priced, making them an excellent choice for beginners like me who are cautious about investments. The performance level of their servers has been impressively consistent. I experienced no noticeable downtime or issues. Also, customer support stands out. They are responsive and helpful, to the few questions I had. So overall I’d say Racknerd provides a commendable balance of affordability, performance, and customer service.
