Hello Sana, Thank you for your feedback and the four-star rating. We're glad you find our service great, and we appreciate your honesty about where we can improve. We understand you're looking for a dedicated server plan. It's something we're excited about offering in the future, though we don't have a specific date yet. We're working on it and will keep our customers updated. Regarding the response times, we recognize that our support team's location in the U.S. can lead to delays, especially for customers in different time zones. We're exploring ways to improve this so we can provide quicker responses to everyone. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're committed to making our service even better. If you have any more questions or need help, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing Snakecraft Hosting; we look forward to enhancing your experience with us. Best wishes, Evan McManus Co-Owner Snakecraft Hosting Team
