I only wish it were easier to upload…
I only wish it were easier to upload and mount custom ISOs because I do that frequently.

Currently, due to limitations with our control panel, VirtFusion, this feature is not as straightforward as we would like it to be. We recognize the importance of this functionality for advanced users and sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Our team is continually working towards finding solutions to integrate more user-friendly features within the constraints of our current systems. While the process of requesting through a ticket, as mentioned in our FAQ and reiterated in our recent live chat with you, is necessary at this time, we are actively seeking ways to streamline this process.

EDIT 2/28/24: Users can now upload their custom ISOs using a direct download link and placing the URL in the Media tab of the VPS panel.
