Wide selection of highly customizable products with low MOQ
I was initially very excited to discover RacetopPrint, as they offer a wide range of products that I couldn’t find elsewhere. The ability to create custom sizes for several items and the low minimum order quantities are definite advantages. However, where they fell short was in customersupport. There seemed to be a disconnect between the support team and the proof/production team. I was going back and forth with support regarding changes to my proof, which they had to relay internally. At one point, I requested an update, but shortly after, I received a notification that my order had already been sent to production. When support responded hours later, they appeared unaware of this and continued assisting with edits that were no longer possible. This suggests a lack of coordination between teams. Additionally, the 24-hour window to approve or request proof changes feels too short—especially since responses from support sometimes took nearly that long. On a positive note, shipping was efficient. Despite coming from overseas, the package arrived in a reasonable timeframe. The packaging itself was somewhat underwhelming, though the product did arrive undamaged. Overall, despite the communication issues, I would still consider purchasing from RacetopPrint again due to their strong product selection, customization options, and low minimum order requirements.
