Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you’ve had. Waiting two weeks for your shipment and then seeing it marked as delivered when you did not receive the products is understandably upsetting, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced when trying to reach the carrier and our team. This is not the level of service RacetopPrint strives to provide, and we truly regret the stress and inconvenience this situation has created. Thank you for your patience, and we are very sorry again for this experience.
