Racetopprint said a proof would be sent in 24 hours; after three requests I received proofs. Shipping has been 9 days and waiting. I wasn't aware print job was in China. It's doubtful the product will arrive in time for its intended use. Tracking shipment is not easy due to Chinese shipper. I will use another company next time.

Communication is slow, it takes 1-2 days between each response. Design team is unhelpful in reccomending alternatives when they're unable to deliver what is advertised. Print quality is good, but colors vary widely each order, despite me uploading the same design files. 10-15% of all my printed paper bags are either missing handles completely or broken on arrival, and the reusable woven bags I ordered are already falling apart on the first use. I used racetop in a pinch to get bags a little faster than I could get them on alibaba, but I wouldn't reccomend them to anybody.

I was contacted that the logo maybe too dark against the bag color I wanted. I asked to switch to the grey color. They were unwilling. Sad — good money wasted.
