I found Raad through reddit and reached out to them over Instagram. I basically did the entire thing through chat ..from stone choice to setting. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything. I told them the ring was an upgrade and I was celebrating my anniversary in a few weeks. They did everything they could and delivered the ring 1 day before my anniversary. The ring is jaw droppingly beautiful. I have never ever seen anything like it. I've gotten numerous compliments on it and always find myself staring at it. The customer service is impeccable

Throughout the entire process Raad Jewelers provided clear communication and consistent timelines for results. Within a week or so of ordering our engagement ring we received image/video of the diamond and 3d mock up of stone in setting which really boosted confidence seeing the plan before moving forward. We didn’t need to make any adjustments but it was always available along the way. Our order was completed in about 3-4 weeks and was shipped overnight. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Brilliant cushion cut stone in a solitary setting that is perfectly clear. It’s so bright on a sunny day that it’s blinding, truly stunning. The ring box included a small led light that was a real nice surprise when we opened it inside and the ring was lit up. Fiancé has received countless compliments on the ring.

They worked with me on both the design, which was very unique and personal to me, as well as provided excellent customer education and support to leave me feeling like I was making a good decision.
