Stop browsing and go see Raad Jewelers asap. From start to finish, Peter and his team were nothing short of exceptional. They helped me source the diamond (below market), design the setting, and provided regular updates. When the ring was complete I realized I had messed up the design, and they were more than happy to reshape the ring and deliver it in record time for my engagement. Engagement ring shopping can be daunting, exciting, and at certain times draining. Peter’s expertise and commitment throughout the process helped educate me and lighten the load during an already stressful time. I am and will be a lifelong Raad Jeweler customer.

The proposal is a very special moment and big decision in life, some may have no idea where to start and could cause them to be confused and discouraged. The bigger companies don't give you the personable relationship when purchasing the ring, where at Raad Jewelers, i had a personal relationship and guidance all the way until picking up the final product. Raad Jewelers was honest, fair, helpful and they made the idea become a reality and did everything in their power to ensure it was perfect by providing their opinions, advise and expertise when it came to creating the ring desired.

Found Raad on reddit and so happy I did! I found a stone on another retailer’s site that I had less than stellar service with and didn’t want to buy from again. Raad price matched the stone, reserved it for me while I decided, and also showed me other options/videos to give me an idea of what my stone could look like. They were so helpful and kind, responsive despite the 4/5 hr difference in time zones. I bought it from them, they sent me video, and shipped in a beautiful well packed box with a handwritten thank you. These small personalized touches go a long way in building loyalty. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again, and in fact, am hoping they can find another stone for me!

Exceptional customer service. They took care of me from start to finish from picking out a good diamon and customizing the setting band. The ring was a little loose on her finger and they were bery diligent in helping find the perfect size for her. Comes with the certificate and nice proposal box.
