If you're shopping online for diamonds, Peter is your guy. He is competitively priced with other online vendors, but with a much more personal, concierge feel. During my 45 minute Zoom with Peter, he pulled several options for stones within the specs I was looking for, and explained why certain stones within the same specs were better than others. I also felt zero pressure to buy at the end of our call, which is very welcome in the somewhat pushy jewelry industry. He picked the absolute top tier stones for me for the price/specs I wanted; my local jeweler was astounded by the quality. I felt so comfortable throughout the process, Peter was constantly in communication about the transit of the stones, and even sent videos taken during their QC process (not just the manufacturer-provided 360 videos) before they shipped. I have several more purchases planned already and will be back to Raad jewelers for each of them!

I just had the best shopping experience ever with Raad! I was shopping for a new lab diamond for my engagement ring, and I pretty much looked everywhere before committing to Raad. Their pricing is unmatched, and customer service as well. Buying a diamond online can be a bit tricky, sight unseen, but Raad made it so easy. After sifting through their many options, I chose the perfect diamond. Their website is very user friendly compared to most others I’ve seen, and their upgrade program is also noteworthy. I received a high quality video of the diamond before it was shipped out which was nice, and they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Lastly, when I received the diamond, it was so beautifully packaged, I didn’t even want to open it. It felt truly special. The diamond was perfectly displayed in a lovely glass box, which also came with a beautiful gift box. Their presentation honestly blew me away. Can’t recommend enough, 10/10 experience.

The setting is so well done and I appreciate the care and quality inspection of the diamond when it arrived to be set. My new ring is absolutely stunning.
