Raad JewelersReviews of raadjewelers.com

Raad Jewelers and my experience working with Peter was absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough. From the very first message I sent him on Reddit, he was friendly, helpful, and so knowledgeable. I had many questions, made a couple changes, and not once did I ever feel like a bother. The communication was top notch, which is so important to me for any purchase but especially an expensive one. If you need a ring, I highly recommend working with Peter and Raad Jewelers!!

Experience with Raad Jewelers is fantastic; Peter is a kind, polite, and soft-spoken gentleman. He scheduled a Zoom call right away after my initial request. He guided me the whole way of choosing the engagement diamond and ring; he’s great with communication and even gave me his cell to text/call. I was initially skeptical, as anyone would be, given that the whole process is online, but Peter made it easy and is genuine and transparent. I highly recommend Raad Jewelers and will be going back to them.

Quality work, great customer service Custom ring that turned out absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend, had a great experience

Amazing quality and customer service. Couldn't be happier.

The entire process began with Reddit messages and communication was flawless.I was able to select diamonds that I liked and I was sent videos to compare and more videos when I wanted to view in different lighting. The messaging response time was always FAST for my request. I even decided to customize the I went with a 1.55 ct. E VVS2 emerald cut diamond and it is PERFECT. I will definitely be back to custom make my wedding band as well.

This company is tied for my favorite jewelry buying experience. The ease of deciding your stone and setting is wonderful. They include you in multiple steps of the process to ensure your satisfaction. Very kind and considerate of your wants and needs. The presentation when it arrives is fantastic. I am still in awe of my ring.

I reached out to Raad in hopes to work with them on making my dream ring, and it was even better than I expected. They exceeded my expectations and were so patient with me through the diamond choosing process. Once that was done they made sure I was in the loop for every step of the way including videos of when my diamond came in, the 3D CAD rendering of the setting and the final product videos. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the Raad Team for creating my dream ring. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly remarkable, and it is clear they poured their hearts and souls into making it perfect. This ring is not just a ring to me, it is a symbol of love and commitment. Thank you Raad for turning my vision into reality. I will cherish this ring and the meaning behind it forever.

I came into the engagement ring process with limited knowledge, and Raad delivered honest work at every point in the process. In an industry where deception can be a legitimate fear, the transparency and trust established from the beginning was a breath of fresh air. I could not be happier with the way the ring turned out. It arrived in the mail a few days ago, and it has taken every ounce of strength to not show everyone I know what it looks like. There is no doubt that my soon to be fiance will be ecstatic when I pop the question - I can’t thank Raad enough for making it possible to make the centerpiece of that question be an affordable ring that will still blow her away with its appearance, cut, clarity, and size.
