Raad JewelersReviews of raadjewelers.com

This was an amazing experience. I was having trouble looking around for the right ring and definitely needed help. They were able to help me through the whole process and were not pushy at all. I will definitely be working with them again.

Working with Raad has been an excellent experience. I was able to set up and individual meeting with Peter to discuss exactly what I wanted and to pick out the perfect diamond within my budget. I would recommend him to anyone looking for engagement rings.

Initially, I had a hard time looking for where to get the right engagement ring for my partner until I stumbled on great reviews on Reddit about Raad Jewelers. Peter attended to me and I must say, his customer service is impeccable! He was very patient in walking me through the process of making the right choice, he was careful to understand my designs and preferences as well as that of my partner whom I was getting the engagement ring for. I also loved that he helped to work within my stated budget and kept me in the loop during the ring-making process. Overall, Peter is a great guy and the ring turned out great! I love every bit of it and I know my partner will too!

Amazing and Fast Experience! I had seen Peters advertisements online, and decided to schedule an appointment. From the first meeting, I knew I'd buy the ring from him(and did on that call). It was so simple, he walked me through options, sizes, and was fast to explain any questions I had. Within a month I had ring on my doorstep, this was even after making changes to the renderings. I HIGHLY recommend Raad Jewelers for whatever jewelry needs you need.

From start to finish Peter was beyond helpful and accommodating. He created the upgrade ring set of my dreams. He answered every question I had along the way and even made sure my ring was complete within a short time frame. I highly highly recommend and will definitely work with him again in the future!

Just received my engagement ring from Raad Jewelers, and my fiance and I couldn't be happier with the product and the process. Peter was delightful to work with. He responded promptly, sent us two diamonds to review, made any design changes we asked for, and still ended up being far more reasonably priced than any of the big (and smaller) name companies we explored. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience using Raad Jewelers to design and make my engagement ring. I originally reached out over Instagram about what diamonds they had available and the customer service was so quick and helpful, when they told me they could design the ring with no added cost I immediately trusted them and wanted them to. They showed me multiple videos and even sent me the diamond in the mail so I could be sure before choosing it. The design process also went smoothly with prompt responses and changes with my feedback. All around it was only 6 weeks from inquiry to having a beautiful ring on my hand. I already have recommended Raad to my family and friends and plan on using them for any future custom jewelry, including my wedding band.

Peter was so helpful, I did the virtual consultation and he answered all my questions and provided amazing recommendations for a loose diamond I wanted. I received the diamond very quickly and Raad was communicative the whole time. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous in person. You can trust Raad Jewelers for your diamond needs!
