I connected with Raad Jewelers on Reddit and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were able to create my ring based on inspiration from another retailer at a fraction of the price. Communication was fast and they were able to make a few requested tweaks to get it perfect, even after it was already made. I needed it done in 3 weeks and they were able to meet my in hands date just in time. I’m completely in love with my new ring and will definitely use them for any custom work in the future!

My experience with Raad Jewelers I heard of Raad Jewelers through Reddit and was asked to do a review as part of my experience. As a TLDR: they were fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone. I reached out to Raad Jewelers via email and quickly received a response from Peter Raad. My girlfriend at the time (now fiancée) wanted a setting that was fairly unique. I sent the link to Peter and was informed he could make a custom setting based off of that look. I saw a nature design on his instagram and requested the setting be three stones, but with a nature design. Peter assured me that would be no problem. I found a lab grown diamond using his website and purchased it. The diamond was 2.09 carats, D Color, and VVS2 Clarity and the total price was only about $1100. I was shocked by the price compared to most other websites and stores that I had been to. Peter made a 3D render of the ring and sent images once the diamond was received. I loved the design, but checked with my fiancée’s girlfriends before placing the order. Everyone loved the unique design. The purchase price for the ring was just over $2,500. For a similar ring, using a lab grown diamond, I was quoted about $8,000 from a brick and mortar store. Peter shipped the ring out in about 2 weeks. It came in a lovely box that has a light in it so the ring really shines when it’s opened. Had to hide the ring for about two months, but girlfriend said yes when I finally popped the question. Unfortunately the ring was too big which was my fault as I had given Peter the wrong size. Fortunately, Raad Jewelers offers one free resizing as part of the purchase. Peter sent a free ring sizer to me and we were able to size my fiancée appropriately. Peter sent an insured label to me and we are able to send the ring back completely for free. Like many guys, I did a lot of research before purchasing the ring and saw some helpful reviews on here before I went with Raad. If you’re looking for a quality ring for a fraction of the price of big name jewelers, I would highly recommend reaching out to Raad Jewelers to see what they can do for you. Also, forgot to mention the setting is 18k yellow gold.

I have had my engagement ring for two years and took it to Peter at Raad Jewelers to be resized and reset. I wanted a little bit thicker of a band to make sure my diamond was secure. Peter made sure that the new size of my ring was perfectly fitted to my finger and that the ring was exactly what I wanted. He kept me up to date on the entire procress and it was done very quickly. He even suggested ideas to make my engagement ring more sentimental and we went with one of his ideas which was engraving our initials into the inside of the band. We love the personal touch. Now that I have my ring back the setting is even more beautiful than before. Peter made it everything I dreamed of and I will be going to him with all my jewelery needs from now on. Could not thank him enough for a perfect experience!

The ability to schedule a personal conference call with Peter himself was already a major green flag in the process. Furthermore he was transparent and priced his diamonds with the market rate which allowed us to secure an excellent diamond at an affordable cost. Their website made the IGI/GIA certifications transparent to double check the cut/clarity/color/carat specs which made them even more trustworthy. My fiancee had various custom designs she wanted (rounded halo with a princess stone, stripped patterns on the band) and the team flawlessly executed. Curiously I checked similar specifications on other popular online jewelery retailers and noticed the cost would be sometimes twice as expensive. All in all we were very happy with the ring and appreciate Peter and the team for doing such great work. We highly recommend them.

Raad Jewelers saved me with getting a custom ring done on time. I needed it by the 29th as my now-fiance and I were going on vacation. I had a meeting with Peter on August 15th and we designed the ring together, I went with a solitaire 2.62 carat round lab diamond set in platinum. They made all the design changes I requested and delivered the ring by the 28th. He was so responsive and I never felt that usual "pushy salesman" vibe. 5 star experience thank you again Raad Jewelers!!

I did not have a great experience with Raad Jewelers and wanted to share so others can know going into a purchase with them. I found them on Tiktok and custom ordered a set of rings. Using a ring sizer, I let them know my size. The ring I ordered had small links holding the 3 rings together (think Spinelli Kilcollin style) and I made sure Raad would accommodate the space those links took up when sizing my ring and was assured. When I received the ring, it wouldn't even fit on my finger. Way, way too small. Fortunately, it would go on another finger and I wasn't very particular about which finger I wore it on. After wearing it for the day, it became obvious it was too loose to reliably stay on that finger. I contacted them, shared a video of the looseness on the new finger, and shared my ring size for the new finger using a ring sizer. Again, I mentioned the ring size needs to accommodate the linking rings. I mailed the ring back for a free resize. Once I received it again, it still did not fit appropriately and didn't even seem to be resized as it still fell off my finger pretty easily. I was told they can't offer any more free resizings and they did not seem apologetic whatsoever about their inability to do the measurements to make the ring fit. I ended up taking my ring to a local jeweler and they were shocked Raad Jewelers couldn't do the basic math of accommodating the interlocking rings into the ring size. Thankfully the local jeweler resized 2 of the rings so it's wearable, but since one is a diamond eternity band, there's not much that can be done about that. Ultimately I regret going with Raad Jewelers and wanted to let others know my experience.
