Great communication from beginning to end. Was assisted with picking the perfect diamond. When I had questions about what to look for, they were answered with great timing. I was shown 4 other options that I had not considered. I was able to totally customize my wife’s dream wedding set. I asked for an impossible timeline as our anniversary was quickly approaching. They were able to meet my date requirements by 3 days. I will refer everybody I know to them.

I love my ring! Raad kept us updated every step of the way. We were so excited throughout the process (upgrade ring so we picked it out together), and the updates kept us excited.
