This experience was great! We did a ton of research on where to get our lab diamond and I’m so glad we chose Raad. Peter is great at communicating expectations, timelines, and fosters trustworthiness. He is also very knowledgeable in this space. Thank you!

The most amazing jewelry experience I’ve ever had. Customer service literally the best. A member is the Raad family called me personally because I had some deliver date constraints. Peter worked with me to make sure everything lived up to my expectations. Was updated every step of the way. The delivery was great and the box it came in was impressive. My fiancé loves her ring and I will never forget this amazing experience.

Mr. Peter Raad did an excellent job, and the ring was beautiful even though I won't be able to wear it anymore due to specific reasons. I appreciate the time and effort he put into the ring.

I am absolutely blown away by the masterpiece Peter and his team created for me—it’s exactly what I envisioned, and somehow even more stunning in real life. From the very first message, their communication was outstanding: fast, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative. They took the time to understand every detail I wanted and delivered a ring that is not just jewelry but a true work of art. The craftsmanship is flawless, the turnaround was incredibly fast, and the entire experience—from design to unboxing—felt personal and special. I can’t thank them enough and will be recommending them to everyone I know. They truly deserve worldwide recognition!
