I stumbled onto Raad Jewelers from a Reddit post and I am so glad I did! I had an idea of the setting I wanted, but didn’t see anything similar enough on their website. But they had a diamond I feel in love with and kept going back too. Eventually, I sent a chat and asked if it would be possible. I saw that they do customs, but I wasn’t sure how the process would work and really didn’t want it to be overly time consuming. I sent a picture of my idea and had a quote the same day. So easy! They kept in contact during the entire process and I was blown away at how seamless they made the process. I felt included in all the fun parts of the process, but not overwhelmed. Everything was explained in a way that someone, like me, who doesn’t know the ins and out of jewelry was able to confidently follow. It almost felt too good to be true but then the ring arrived and it was GORGEOUS. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful customer service and excellent craftsmanship ship. I only wish I would have found them sooner and saved myself months of feeling like I would have to settle.
