I ordered for a X55C, where my B laptop key’s hinge broke, ordered which costed 6$ in total. Waited for around 4-5 days for the key to arrive, all looked good condition. Great company to order from than that skecthy laptop key that I previous through of purchasing from.

I heavily recommend these guys although they do not ship direct to NZ (so I had to use the NZ Post You Shop). Then again for around NZ$30 to replace a key (shipping/GST to NZ accounted for NZ$18 of that), it is way cheaper than a whole new keyboard. I only knock them down to 4 stars because there is no direct shipping option to NZ.

Thanks so much for your review! Shipping is currently not available to New Zealand due to COVID-19 and the severe delays associated with it. That will resume once the pandemic has lightened and shipping becomes much less restricted. We really do appreciate your kind words. Enjoy your day!

I had to pull my n key off my keyboard about six months ago when i spilled a bit of water on the keyboard. I struggled going from store to store getting ridiculous quotas and don't even get me started on dell customer service. I ordered the part from quickfix and it fit right in i couldn't be more relieved.

The key parts I needed were easy to find and shipping was very quick. I had some trouble getting the key installed correctly but with enough patience + help from their online support PDF I was able to get it in. Based on other reviews it seems the vendor is responsive and ready to support if I had issues so $6+ investment was worth it. One caution that I didn't realize at the time of purchase is that the keys are used* and it was not immediately clear during my purchase (ie. buried in FAQ). I won't take a star away since it wouldn't have made a difference in my purchase (I needed a key and a vendor I could reasonably trust). *as noted in their reply below keys can be from new or gently used devices, mine appeared to be very new so no complaints from me there

Everything as promised, fast shipment, nothing wrong with this order. I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. My keyboard is so much better now. I recommend this to anybody who is on the fence about it. Price is right too.

I ordered an up arrow, the key fit perfectly so no problem here. The delivery was prompt, and they even have a service where you can send pictures of the missing key on your keyboard and let them tell you the type of key that you need to buy. Amazing stuff, five stars

I bought a backspace key for my work laptop. The key was brand new (not used as I've seen some others report here), was shipped literally the next morning after my order and worked perfectly fine. Will order again if I need another replacement key.
