Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

First off, I love my 8 X 8 canopy with sides. It works perfectly on my patio covering my small hot tub. The customer service went way beyond the call of duty to help me with a problem that I created!! Thanks again Quictent!

The shipping is very fast! I did have an issue with one of the parts and they had a new one sent to me within three days. Great customer service!

Beautiful blue shade sail at a reasonable cost. Color is vibrant and quality is perfect. Arrived quickly.

This was a great option. It was easy to put together. The instructions were good. The poles were numbered for easy assembly. The canopy was sturdy. Great option

I had great service and quick responses.

Had 10 x 15 Quictent ll, loved it but it was damaged in a strong storm. Just purchased another which came it with some frame damage. Was able to replace parts from frame of previous tent. Comparing 2 frames the newer frame appears to be less sturdy. More care must be given in setting it up so as not to bend frame. However once up it is a beautiful tent. Don't know if they changed suppliers or what, but there is a bit of quality difference.

I purchased the 10x10 SolidGM Pop up Canopy in white (with the side windows and zippered entrance and exit) and absolutely LOVE it! It's high quality and relatively easy to put up with 2 people. It fits in the backseat of my Honda Accord coupe, too! :D Fast shipping and everything was perfect when it arrived!

Bought a pop up canopy 2 weeks ago. Have used it for 4 times without trouble. Buying directly from the website is the smartest choice I've made. Cheaper price than Amazon and their customer service is patient and helpful. I read the reviews before I placed the order. Now I'm just one of them. I would recommend Quictent to anyone who need a canopy.
